The West San José Multimodal Transportation Improvement Plan (WSJ MTIP) is a community-based effort to identify transportation improvements that encourage people to walk, bike, and take transit. This plan will likely result in improvements such as better bike lanes, safer pedestrian crossings, and dedicated bus lanes. If you are interested in learning more, please visit the Department of Transportation’s site.
The first part of the survey allows you to place pins on a map to identify popular destinations within the West San José MTIP project area and highlight key areas where you have encountered unsafe conditions when walking, biking, or taking transit.
The second part of the survey is a questionnaire and will help San Jose’s Department of Transportation better understand how the community experiences the West San José MTIP area. All responses are confidential.
